Companies & Large Groups

We strive to make our group reservations as seamless as possible for both the organizers as well as the guests. Below are our most popular options that have proved successful over the years. The group discount is $14 per person ages 4+ (sales tax included). No prepayment is needed and no cancellation fee applies although 24 hours notice is appreciated! If closed due to weather, we will reach out to reschedule as soon as possible. Lastly, we do have 3 group reservations tent available to reserve at no additional cost, however, they are reserved and a first come, first serve basis. Each tent can accommodate 30-35 people.

OPTION 1: GROUP MEMBERS INDIVIDUALLY PAY AT TICKET GATE

Groups that would like to organize an event, but would like group members to pay for themselves at the ticket gate can simply make a reservation with a specific group name, such as the “XYZ Group”. Once a reservation is made, please have group members simply mention they are with the “XYZ Group” to receive the $14 group rate per person on site. This allows the flexibility of group members to arrive within a time window, yet still be part of a fun group event at Sever’s.

OPTION 2: GROUP TO PAY FOR GROUP MEMBERS’ TICKET ENTRY

Groups that would like to pay for the entire group have two options and do require a reservation:

A. Group members must arrive at the same time & pay as one group on site at the ticket gate. If you know that everyone will be arriving at the same time & you’d like to pay on site, this is a great & easy option. Group members that will be arriving at various times throughout a certain day require a pre-made ticket. Group organizers can either make their own ticket with their group name, Sever’s Fall Festival, & date of arrival or we can provide a ticket template to use. All group members ages 4+ must have this ticket for entry & can utilize our Fast Pass Lane for festival entry. Our staff collects the tickets & tallies them after the event & the group organizers are billed accordingly. Group organizers can provide these tickets to their group members prior to the event or can set up a small check in area outside our ticket gate for group members to pick up their tickets. We do not provide tables or chairs unfortunately.

B. Groups that would like to offer their group members Sever’s Fall Festival entry any time throughout the season can also offer the above option & we will keep a tally for the entire season & bill accordingly after the festival closes.

OPTION 3: GROUP TO PAY FOR GROUP MEMBERS’ TICKET ENTRY AS WELL AS FOOD & ANY ADDITIONAL COST ATTRACTIONS

Groups that would like to pay for their group members’ entry as well as food, beverages, or any attractions that cost extra can follow Option 2, Part A or B, but then also offer Sever’s Corn Bucks.

Sever’s Corn Bucks can be purchased dollar for dollar & are valid anywhere throughout the festival grounds - whether for a corn dog or a camel ride. Group organizers decide on a predetermined amount of Sever’s Corn Bucks they’d like to offer their members through the reservation process. Group organizers can also decide if they’d like to hand out Sever’s Corn Bucks themselves or our staff can give them to your group members in exchange for their festival entry ticket. If your group does not use all of the Sever’s Corn Bucks given out, they will not be billed as long as they are returned to our Information Tent prior to the festival daily closing time. We will add the final amount of Sever’s Corn Bucks used to the final invoice.

This option is great for the group that wants to provide an all-inclusive event for their group members as well as takes care of any catering. We do not offer any individualized catering of food, but can organize coffee, cider, or cocoa through our vendors if preferred.
